Door window shade

Hello.
I have searched the other threads and I can not seem to find the advice I am looking for so I hope I can here..
I am looking at replacing the window in the door of my 2020 330RL with one that has a shade in it. Anyone ever replace the window?
I am having some difficulty figuring out how to get the frame off of the old one, so the new one can be installed as there are no visible screws that I can see.
Thanks!

Door Window Shade

Just did this mod. It takes a spacer kit to unlatch 16 plastic catches that are not visible. Since I had no plan to reuse the old window, I took a grinder and carefully made a notch in the inside panel. One was in the center top and one was in the center bottom. Be careful to not cut the door, just the plastic frame. I then took a screwdriver and easily removed the inner plastic trim. Popped the glass and outside trim out of door. New one is easy install with screws. Good luck with it. We really like the new window and shade.

I installed the Thin Shade window/shade 2 weeks ago. Apparently, there is some sort of install kit needed to remove the old window however, I used popsicle sticks instead. There's a YouTube video that shows this method. I cant seem to find the video showing the popsicle stick method … here's a video showing the install kit method … substitute popsicle sticks for the plastic wedges seen in the video.
