Bedroom slide-out cable replacement

I have the 3731FL also, 2017, do you mean the wardrobe slide? my bedroom is hydraulic, the wardrobe (small slide) is cable, I had to replace it last summer, easy fix. try to change it before it breaks, it is easier to thread the new cable in with the old cable. Keep a spare.
