sad news
My last uncle on my daddy's side passed away today. He was only 9 years older than me. Was very close to him.
He was unloading a load of wood from his pickup truck and had a heart attack. Lived in southern MO.
We bought our first 5th wheel from him many years ago. A Dutchmen 22 footer.
I talked to him on the phone a few days ago. Called him every week. I will miss him.

Very sorry for you loss Dusty. I know how empty you will feel for
awhile. I lost my sister last year and still suffer that emptiness
when the phone rings and I realize that it's not her. I will be
praying for you.

On the lighter side be thankful that he was able to LIVE life as he wanted to to the end. My father in law who passed away about 3 weeks ago finally died after being totally dependant and bed ridden for nearly 2 years. I wish that on nobody. Sorry for your loss and I am thankful he did not suffer. But the sudden loss no matter is difficult as it leaves a vacume in our lives. All I can say is fill the vacume with fond memories.
