Buttons on Level-Up System

Something that has always bothered me a bit, but I have learned to deal with it (kind of like eating my veggies when I was a kid). The buttons on my touchpad used to operate the Level-Up system are all real hard to operate. I sometimes have to push them real hard or even try to use the very tip of my finger with a lot of pressure. Is this just something inherent to the system? Mine has been that way since day one, not a big deal, but wish they were easier to operate. By the way, I don't have "sausage fingers" or anything like that. Just normal fingers. -Glenn

Glenn you have the same RV as I do and same year, my buttons on the touchpad are not hard to press and I have never had any problem with using them, seems like something is amiss on yours.

I normally use my remote for everything but Auto Level and Manual Leveling but do use them a lot when the rig is parked at home.

Glenn,

I have been told the older we get we tend to lose muscle mass. Maybe this is the problem? LOL

Ours is not hard to press but there's definitely something (some type of button) under the membrane that is "collapsing" when pressed. It takes a deliberate press to have the button engage and there's a little click you can feel through the membrane - but it's not hard.

Mine seem to work ok but I have noticed when we are ready to unhook the instructions say the screen should say jacks down and ours says up..... We work around it but is this something we should get checked while it's under warranty?

Thanks and happy travels!
