“Frame flex”. 3021 rl 2019
I noticed a bow on the side of my trailer near the bedroom slide. The picture shows the gap below the level my wife is holding against the trailer side. Is this frame flex.

Sorry for the photo hand is pointing up.

That's not frame flex, but is probably the aluminum frame of the wall has a broken weld allowing the wall to move when you extend the slide. Frame flex is the main steel frame of the trailer chassis having broken welds.

We had the same bulge. Look on the inside towards the floor. You will see the luan split.
We took ours to Affinity RV Group in Goshen Indiana for warranty repairs.
Don't delay, call Keystone right away and get it fixed under warranty.

Like Bob said not "frame flex", probably a broken aluminum stud in the wall. I have the same model and had the same problem.

I mentioned elsewhere about these welds on the side. Had mine in for real frame flex, but also had some welds broken on the rear sides above the j-panels. I asked if they do much welding on aluminum. He said lately they have been getting a lot of the breaks in that area near the front along the side. So sounds like Keystone has a design flaw here.

I would send pictures to Keystone Customer Service to document and get it on the books well before warranty expires.

Already spoken to Montana and have started file. They do not want any photos from me and want me to work thru a dealer. Fortunately we have a great dealer in Yuma.
