Not easy. I have some where you twist clockwise, others counterclockwise. Both require upward pressure . Have already had to replace one. Comes as a fixture, lens itself has 3 screws directly into the ceiling with power and ground wires connected with wire nuts. As I looked at the lens cover looks like clockwise turn would be correct, but only got it off by going counterclockwise.

Have tried both lights. Both will not unscrew either counter clockwise
or clockwise with pushing up on them. Even used rubber on the palm of my hand to get better grip. Any other suggestions??

Be careful we pulled hard and pulled the light fixture off the ceiling. Minimal problem.

Finally got them off. They were really on there. Now I know how
they unscrew off (Counter clock wise) You are right they were not easy. There was saw dust in them. Thanks for all the help.

Anyone know if they make a Dimmer bulb for these fixtures? The ones over the bed are WAY to bright!

Did you already replace the bulb with LED? Once I did that they were a lot more usable and stopped getting so hot.
