I'm glad it worked out for you! The 305 RL is great floorplan that gives everything the larger floorplans do, but in a more compact size. There are a couple of things you could check to see if the previous owners were on top of the common warranty issues. Look at the top of your slides and check for roof membrane bubbling / grease spots just below your electric slide motor gear boxes. 2018's were famous for slide motor gear case leaking fluid on the top of the slide and ruining the the rubber roof where it dripped. The warranty fix from the factory was to have dealer install a drip pan below the motor gear box. If you don't see bubbled roof membrane and / or drip pan's, there's a good chance the previous owner stayed on top the common factory issues while it was in warranty. My 305Rl slide gearboxes leaked and the factory had the dealer replace the roof membranes on all my slides and added a drip pan under the slide motor gearbox. All RV's / trailers will have issues, so just enjoy it.

We have a 2017 305RL which we bought new, sight unseen. It has worked out well for us. We've had a few minor issues, but things were taken care of.

We purchased our two previous trailers sight unseen as well. Both were also new when we bought them. DH finds great deals online.
