Angry Dish Playmaker help

I just purchased a 2018 3561RL. Also bought a playmaker and 2 Wally receivers. I had signal in LR now it won’t find signal, completely open space. Please advise! My husband has cancer and we are in another town getting treatments. I’m going to take this equipment back to camping world

Run the cable directly from the satellite dish through a slide window to the wally then from the wally to the TV.
Don't forget to change the input source on the TV.
I use the Winegard App to help point the dish.

2nd picture shows the splitters Mike is talking about.

Gina- the coax wiring in your rig has splitters in it that degrade the power of the signal to some portable satellite antennas, therefore running your coax thru a window direct to the back of your black box (like Daryles said) bypasses all of the splitters.

If your Wallys have never been used, recommend you plug them in at home to get programed assuming you have Dish at home.
