I wish they would make a cargo bay latch that would fit a Montana. Love the main door lock and they said they were going to make a bay lock several years ago.

As of the past 2 months, RVLocks did not have a compatible cargo bay handle for Montana's latching design. Door is 1" thick and latch needs to be an additional 1/2 to 3/4" higher to latch the backside sleeve of the compartment. Montana does not have the strike plate and latch configuration. It cost a fortune to send them back and called to make sure they did not have a larger set for Montana.

I contacted them to ask if they plan on making a compatible lock for the new vertical style door handle... their response was “no”.

They just had a big sale. I"m not sure if this sale is a larger percentage discount. However without keeping up with the newer rigs. This could be inventory reduction and / OR going out of business sale.
Just my personal thoughts. I would like one. But with only using the Monty less than 15 to 20 days a year. I'll live with the current lock.
