double pane windows

We are new owners (April 16, 2005) and ordered the rig (3400 RL) with double pane windows. I have been told by the Montana service rep that my emergency windows (Large window in bedroom and over the desk)
cannot be set up to open. One of the reason's we bought this Fifth wheel was because of the screen and open window in the bedroom of all the 3400's that we researched. The other bedroom window opens about two inches. No air comes in that little window.

Does anyone else have this problem?
