2955RL Storage Compartment Leaks

We have had our 2002 2955Rl for about 8 months and never had it in heavy rains until recently. With the RV parked and level and following heavy rains over several days, the inside of both compartments are wet. It appears the seals are not properly seated or misaligned. I had the same problem with the front storage compartment door and had to take it back to the dealer to have it fixed. Has anyone had a similar experience with these side doors? Anyone replaced these seals? I'd like to do this myself if necessary because we are 100 miles from the dealer.
