MAIDEN VOYAGE

We took out new Montana 3655FL out for the first time this past weekend and absolutely loved it. I was a bit nervous setting out towing this big behemoth but everything went well and we discovered some things we need. What we need are some real good chocks to keep the thing from rocking back and forth when we walk around. I've been eyeballing the Rotochocks that clamp between the tires and hold everything steady, or so the web site says, even though they are a bit pricey. But all in all we really enjoyed the weekend and found there is not subsitute for a comprehensive checklist for each phase of operations, so I am working on tailoring one for us from some of many pulled off some web sites. I am hoping to get out again in a few weeks for some more fun on wheels. Stay tuned.
