Brownish water under slide

We have a 2021 Keystone Montana High Country 295RL. We have residential refrigerator in our unit. We noticed after the refrigerator has been plugged in and running when we put the slide out there is brownish water under the slide and only under the part where the refrigerator sits. It happens everytime we put the slide out. I noticed there is a chemical smell to it when I wipe it up. Had it to the dealership who said they couldn't get it to duplicate what we were seeing. I don't believe they plugged the unit in for any extended period of time to get the results we were seeing. I took photos the next time we went on a trip so I could show the service department at the dealership. We are scheduled to take it in to be looked at not until the end of October. Any ideas what is causing the brown water under the fridge?
