Montana High Country 381TH Garage issue

Reaching out to see if anyone else has had issue with 381TH Garage going up. When I hit the button to lift the garage, it works for about 3 or 4 seconds and then quits. I hit the button again and nothing happens, hit the button about 3 or 4 more times and it works again for 3 to 4 seconds. After doing this sequence, it eventually raises up but slow process.

No problem with coming down!

FYI - I was hooked up to 50 amp when I was doing this.

Curious if anyone else has experienced the same.

Thanks
Keith

If you have a resetable breaker in line after your battery that could very well be where the problem is. When slides do that, increasing from a 50 to 80amp breaker is the fix.

Thanks Dick for the input. I did not mess with it anymore after post bc I left for a week trip up in FL panhandle and was not hauling the Harley so did not need garage. I decided to wait till I got back from trip before working on it -- thought if it messes up bad then I have to deal with it before the trip!

Got back from trip and tried it again. This time it worked and went up with no problem. Might be switch issue? About to leave for Asheville NC last of this month with Harley so will be good test!

Thanks
Keith

I having the same issue with the red led flashing.
Found the controller, that has red and green lights flashing indicating faulty motor 2. When this happens the bed only goes up or down couple's inches at a time cause it's in Emergency mode

Might be a battery issue - how old are the batteries? I was having an issue with MHC leveling - after changing breakers, cable size and adding lithium batteries, all issues are gone. part of this goes back to suggestion above about auto reset breakers. Food for thought

Batteries r new. I manually jumped the motors from the module harness and they worked. Shouldn't be amperage. I have more tests to do

381th garage issue

Looking for guidance for accessing the motors that raise and lower the bed. Number 2 motor isn’t working after only raised the bed maybe 6 times. This is 2020 and hooked up to 50amp shore power. TIA
