WEIGHT THAT CAN BE CARRIED

How close to the brochure specifications were your real world specifications? Found that the Montana's we looked at yesterday at the RV Show had very low cargo weights compared to other rigs such are the Arctic Fox. We really like the Montana but they (30' range) could only carry 1100 to 1400 LBS of cargo, as compared to the Arctic Fox that could carry 2500 to 3300 LBS? We really like the Montana, wait I already said that, but afraid that the low cargo weights will be a problem. What have with this issue and your rig?

295RKhopeful, the Keystone-Montana website lists the 2005 2950RK as 3660# CC. There is no 2006 listing (discontinued?) for the 2950RK. Only the 3000RK, but that's listed as 35', not 30. You may be looking at an early 2006 2950RK, which dealers would still have on their lots.

New 3600RE and 3075RL are now on Montana's website. No floor plans yet, as Rich has stated (no length listing either for the 3075RL). Haven't seen the 3600RE yet, but it has a dismal 1875 CC. Hope that's a typo. That's LOWER than ALL the other models - by several hundred pounds!

Also, I see the 3670 and the 3685 are listed... I had thought (although I could be wrong) that I had seen that they had been removed from this page? Surprised to see it there.
