First, welcome to MOC!

As to your questions, we do not have a cigarette receptacle in ours; it has been so long since I dry camped that I cannot really add anything else there. The fresh water tank, though, should have a drain point immediately under it, where you simply unscrew the cap and the water drains. Very easy!
