Bunk renovations??

We have a 2009 345 DBQ. We thought we would love bunks in back but kids fall out easy and not really wide enough for adults. Also the bunks get cold from windows in our late fall camping. We have 4 bunks in back with closet in middle and entertainment center on wall by bathroom.

We have seen models that have pull out couches instead of bottom bunks. We were wondering if anyone renovated bunk house to put couches instead of bottom bunks? This would give us two bigger beds in back and I think it would be warmer because not sleeping right next to wall/window.

Has anyone done this? I am not sure if it’s possible because of storage bins in back.
