Wagonmasters 2011, Seven Feathers
As some of you already know Kathy and I have decided to be the Wagon Masters for next years rally. So now that the Fall Rally is out of the way it is time to start planning for next years rallies.
Some of you might not be aware that this rally will be replacing the Lake Siskiyou Rally. So if you have reservations there you might want to cancel, or you can keep them as this rally is a week later, June 8 to June 15.
I will be looking for some volunteers to take on some of the functions for and at the rally, such as:
Rally Books (if we are going to have them)
Name Tags
Golfing
Pot Luck
Pancake Breakfast
Meet & Greet
White Elephant Exchange
and anything else that we can think of.
This will be our first time as Wagon Masters, so we are looking forward to the challenge and the experience. We will also be looking for an Assistant Wagon Master.
This is not the sign up post, but it will be out shortly. If there is anything you would like to pass along just send me a PM.
Thanks:
PapaBeav
Rich & Kathy

Congratulations on accepting the call to duty and taking on the job of Wagon Masters for 7 Feathers. I am sure you two will do a terrific job!
Don't forget to involve Baxter. He hasn't been doing too much lately.

Hmmmmm,
I though I saw Baxter running around the golf course with Rich carrying the clubs!
From what I understand, Baxter is one heck of a player!

He carries a 7 handicap, so he is a couple of strokes better than me. I think it is the great vision that he has and also that charming smile.

Do I remember from Siskiyou that we are not to contact Seven Feathers for our reservations but will go through the wagon master?
