Window in dining slide

The window that goes up and down that is in the side of the pop out will not stay up. I believe one of the latches that hold it up broke. How can this be fixed. Thank you in advance.

I'd check with lippert or trekwood.com and see if you could buy the parts. Before I did though, I'd check the mechanism and see if the catches are just stuck open.
