Cost not a factor

I have a 2010 3400RL
I am currently running Hankook tires. I feel I have had good luck with them.
There is a lot of positive discussion about the Salium tires.
Not considering the price difference which is the better tire?

Hankooks are frequently used out here in the ranchlands because they hold up well against the flint on the gravel roads. We've used them, G14's and Sailuns and liked them all. The Hankooks might have been a little stiffer.

Personally I dont understand the rock hard tire thing. With the suspension as lousy as it is I am not sure putting a hard tire helps keep the stuff in the trailer from bouncing all over the place. The shocks on mine are in such a position that I doubt that they even work. I kind of like the 80 pound tire over the 110 sailun

also consider goodyear G614 if price is not a factor.

You don't have to run the sailun at 110. Use a load inflation chart and air up slightly above your weight , say by 10%

Don't know about Hankook trailer tires, but we used Hankooks on some 15 passenger vans we had for our business and never a problem with them.
