ACTIVITY SIGN-UP 9/1 PLEASE READ

As of 9/3 we have 80 units registered for this year’s Fall Rally and I've been going through some of the things you could/should be signing up for but we have a number of the events that are coming up short! I would suggest you go through the events and see if you have signed up for them or would like to sign up for them!

Here's a list of some of the events and the number that have signed up for them:

Tiara Dinner--74 Not bad but don't you want a FREE dinner? This is normally a "sell out"! Sign up on the post here under the Fall Rally.

White Elephant Gift Exchange--40 Don't know what it is? Check out the post on this event here on the Fall Rally section of the Forum. It's truly a fun event!

Factory Tour--72 Want to know how your rig is put together from frame up? That's what it is all about! You will even get to see a proto-type of a new unit coming out from the Montana Division of Keystone.

Amish Dinner--FULL This is truly a great event to go to and it is held at an Amish family’s home. If you are still interested you can sign up to be put on the waiting list.

Meet and Greet and Eat--67 This is the opening event where you find out all about the Fall Rally and meet your Wagon Masters, Coordinators and other attendees.

Potluck Dinner-- 60 What? Don't you want to eat and get to taste some of the best food in the world? This is your chance to taste the foods that the Great MOC Cooks from across this nation cook up for all of us to share!

Wine and Cheese Event-- 52 This is not what it appears- it is a get-together that we all bring something to drink and it does NOT have to be wine or an alcoholic beverage. It can be anything from water to hard stuff and that is your choice. We just ask that you bring an appetizer and join in on the fun. We will have a real surprise this year so don't miss out.

15 Minute Service Advisor Visits-- 62 Have things wrong with your rig that you would like to show a Service Tech? This is your chance! There is no guarantee that they can do anything about it but at least you can show them and maybe they will see if they can help you!

Service Center Tours -- 1 open spot - Each group will see the Retail Service Department, the Dealer Service Department, Claims Processing Department, Parts Department, the Warehouse, and finally the Service Shop. This is a new tour and goes hand in hand with the Factory Tour.

Potluck Breakfast—46 - Really???? Don’t you like to eat? This is your chance once again to show off your skills as a cook or just bring something to share with the rest of the MOC Attendees. We all eat breakfast don't we, so why not come to this event. Check out the post and join the rest of us for a great breakfast buffet!

Navigating the Forum on your electronic device-- 21 This is your chance for Carol to show you how to do certain things on the MOC website and your chance to learn from someone that is great on the computer!

Ladies Driving School-- Still 5 spots open - 19 First timers plus 6 second timers. Ladies this is your chance to give your man a break in driving down the road! Take this class and you'll learn how to hook-up and disconnect the rig; back up the rig into a camping site; and take a short trip on the road to get used to driving the TV with that hunkin' thing in tow!

Again this is not a complete list of activities. Some do not require a sign up and a few others will be added so please be sure to keep checking!

Not sure how to find the information?

Go to www.montanaowners.com scroll down and click on the “Active topics” tab (you will need to sign in if not already signed in). This will take you to all postings since your last visit. On the top left of the page you will see “All Forums” click on that tab and you will find the listing of all topics by category. Scroll down to “Annual MOC Rallies (Current of upcoming)”. Click on the “2015 Annual North American Fall Rally” thread and you will find all the Rally related postings to which you can "reply to topic" to sign up for activities or ask questions.

Also don't forget to bring prizes from your local dealer, Camping World or even one of the businesses that you do business with to put on the Raffle Table for the Raffle and the Silent Auction! This is the way the Fall Rally is paid for! The tents, audio system and supplies are not free! These prizes you bring and the Raffle tickets you purchase help to pay for your Rally.

Your Wagon Master Team

I agree with Steve. You won't find a cheaper Rally to attend anywhere on the planet. so why not make it the best also? The eating events are your chance to meet folks, enjoy great food, and show off YOUR skills in the galley, so let's get with the program and VOLUNTEER!

The MOC is a great community of Montana owners who give & share, so be part of it by volunteering your skills and not just TAKE from it. If you've already paid your registration fee, then you know you are coming so there is no excuse...!

Have to agree with Steve and Jim! This Fall Rally is for YOU, the MOC members, to learn about your units and to meet other MOC members. The meals, sessions and gatherings at the Rally are all part of it and your chance to make new friends and renew memories with old friends that you have met along the way in your travels in that Montana you drag behind your TV.

The potlucks are just a chance to show off some of your cooking skills or if you don't want to do that, just bring something already prepared from the grocery store down the road. It's a chance to visit with others that have the same unit you have or to just have some fun times eating and visiting with the other MOC members attending the Rally!

You don't have to bring enough food to feed the whole gang-- that is not expected but we do ask that you bring something to share with the others attending. MOC members love to eat and the potlucks are another way to enjoy the Rally.

If you don't know what the White Elephant Gift Exchange, the Factory Tour, the Amish Dinner, the 15 Minute Service Tech sessions, or any other of the posted sign-ups are--- JUST ASK and the coordinators, Wagon Masters, or any of us that have been to the previous Fall Rally's will try to explain what it is and how it works.

If you are a First Timer/Newbie, jump on in there and get your feet wet and volunteer to help out with some of the events or sign up for the events and join in. You'll be surprised how friendly the MOC members are and how helpful they are besides how much fun you will have too!

Got a question about the Rally or an event? ASK and you will find out just what it is all about! Everyone was a First Timer once so don't be afraid to get involved!

By the way, we're looking for ticket sellers for the Raffle Drawings. If you can help, post on the thread here under the Fall Rally postings and we'll be happy to have you join in!
