Added LEDs to the pantry
My wife and I both got have commented on our 3790RD not having lights that really light up the pantry, so I finally figured out where to pull the power from to make it work. I took out the electrical outlet above the microwave/convection oven that was a single plug and replaced it with a 20A standard outlet and ran the power cord for the transformer through the cabinet above the microwave and through the "cup" cabinet between the microwave and pantry, and then into the back of the pantry. I used the same setup as I did in the closet and W/D cabinet to get light there. The final pic is the outlet that I took out of the unit. I took off the back cover and pieces of the connectors fell out onto the floor along with a piece of cut off wire. Really drives home how fast they make these things.
