Out with the 2500 in with 3500

Bought a new 2018 Ram 3500 Dually, Laramie Megacab 4X4 in Pearl White . Has the 385 hp and 930tq with 4:10 gears. It’s well equipped as well as my 2500 Laramie Longhorn was, I stayed with the 6’4 bed and had the dealer reinstall my pullrite slider in the 3500.

Congratulation, you are going to love the 4.10 rear end. We have the 2011 crew cab, 8' bed with 4.10 rear.

Very nice truck, but I have to ask. Why the short bed over a long bed? It's personal choice, but I never seem to have enough room with a long bed,

I like short bed pickups but I have never, until now, seen a short bed dually. Takes some getting used too.

Congrats on new truck.

Thank you,

Personal choice, I like the turning radius better and I really don’t use my trucks for work like I use to in the way past. My 2500 was a 6’4 bed as well.
