Even those with the regular tube TVs manufactured in the last year and a half have digital tuners. My 2007 Mountaineer came with a 25-inch analog TV. It went bad last September (2007) and Keystone replaced it with the same model TV, but it has a digital tuner, as required by the FCC. It is not high definition, however.

So, if you have a late model RV without a flat-panel TV, you may still have a digital-capable TV. Even if it's not HD, you can still watch the digital channels and the picture is better than the analog ones.
