Roof Seam Problems

I was washing my roof last week and noticed the seam that runs across the front of our 3280 that joins the front cap and the roof had about a 1 inch gap on one side of the trailer. I called the dealer and he recommended that I cover with gray tape immediately until I could get it to him for repair. The old screws that were in the seam heads had popped off. He simply installed more screws and recaulked and thinks everything will be fine. So while washing your roofs be sure and check your seams.
