Black tank flush

I have had problems with the flush for the black water for about a year, every time I use it I get water under the vanity lav.
There is a vacuum breaker valve under the sink that leaks, I have had it out and tested it and even called the mfg. but it seems to be ok, except that it leaks. I was told to be sure and use full pressure which I do, and I can hear it spraying in the tank so I know the spray heads are not plugged. I know this has been discussed but maybe someone has a new thought.
