2012 Northeast Rally Schedule
Update April 29, 2012
Well, we have finally finished the schedule for the 2012 Northeast Rally in Lancaster. Here it is.
Wednesday, June 6
Arrival day. We will be having a Meet and Greet this evening in the rec hall at 7:00 pm. Please bring finger food to pass and your beverage of choice. We will supply the plates, utensils, napkins and cups. Campfire will follow the Meet and Greet.
We will need a campfire coordinator for the week. If you would like to volunteer to take care of the campfire each evening, please let me know.
Thursday, June 7
This day is event free to be enjoyed on your own sightseeing, shopping, and trying out one of the many fine restaurants in the area. Judy is working on a list of our favorite places to visit and it will be available at the Meet and Greet along with a brochure packet. At 7:30 p.m., Bill and Cindy Daniels will be serving homemade ice cream, with all the toppings, in the rec hall.
We need another electric ice cream maker 4 quarts or more. Please let us know if you have one to bring. We have one thanks to Paul and Jan Kelpe.

Friday, June 8
You can enjoy the sights on your own or may we recommend the Green Dragon, which is a huge Amish Flea Market. For dinner, we have made arrangements at the Plain and Fancy Farm Restaurant for a sit-down traditional Amish farm feast. Please see the separate post for the dinner including the menu and sign-up. Saturday, June 9
We've heard from Keystone!!
Chris Stender is the new NE Montana Rep. We are in the process of trying to arrange for some new Montana's to be at the Rally for all of us to preview. We will keep you posted. Evening Campfire.
Sunday, June 10
You can enjoy the sights on your own until suppertime. Keep in mind that traditional Amish attractions and restaurants are closed on Sunday. Lou and Gail Alquist will be hosting a traditional BBQ with hamburgers and hot dogs. Please see the separate post for sign-ups and information on what to bring. Evening Campfire.
