Agree with the 40 to 50 psi, like your regulator. Just make sure you get all the lines, such as the washer hook up (even if you don’t have a machine). I missed the shower one year and ended up with water behind the wall and in the basement. The shower fixture was an easy fix, the furnace where it ended up not so. Didn’t find the furnace issue until later when I needed it.
