That's a real serious setup. Besides the ones in the truck bed, did you notice the horn array on his headache rack? I'm surprised he still has windows.
If that dude loves the railroad so much, I wish he had installed a small air compressor that would blow air through those square wooden train whistles you find at railroad museums. That would be more tolerable and I wouldn't have to wear the plastic.
