Our truck is a 2018 F350 diesel. I was starting to get a weird idle and sluggish performance under load. No CEL. Ended up being this:

Some people have success cleaning them. Others have damaged them trying to clean it. I chose to just replace it. $103.00 from Lakeland Ford online parts branch. List is about $155.00.
