Pop up outlets

We have a 2018 3791rd. The pop up outlet beside the dining table appears to be shorting out,
How do I get into it to repair?

Mine is accessed from the outdoor television compartment.

This thread from April has some good pics and info about accessing it by carefully removing the side panel. I looked at my outside TV, and my compartment is completely sealed - so I would need to pry off the table end panel.

POP up outlets

We had one replaced. They unscrewed it from the top, unplugged it and dropped another one in.

And they did take the side panel off. I forgot that step.

In the end all the pop-up was just a power-strip snaked down to the outdoor TV compartment and plugged in.
$60 on Amazon and I got a bigger and better one. I did have to cut off the plug to snake it through. Got a replacement plug and it is golden.

The side panels are double walled I recently removed the dinette and installed a desk in my 2019 3791. For those that do not have the outside entertainment there is a 2 plug recepticlel with no access inside the table support wall box. That is were it is plugged into. When I removed the table and installed the desk I also installed a wine cooler and plugged the wine cooler into that same outlet. I cut a hole in the front that I can cover with an access plate for future access.

So that would be my approach to cut an hole and install a access plate so you always have easy access in the future. Those electrical towers have a large backing plate and nut (like a faucet) so you also need good hand access to tighten that as well and it is not uncommon for those to loosen over time requiring re-tightening.
here is an access hole I cut in the side as you can see it is double walled

for those interested here is the desk I installed in that area. I also cut access hole in the front
