2017 High Country slide out roof damage

Hi fellow rver's I just discovered a roof blister on my main kitchen slide out roof. It's from the cable slide gearbox oil. So first I called Keystone customer service but they would not offer any help, other than telling me to call my dealer. So I wasn't in the mood to beg for help I called my dealer Collier RV in Rockford, IL. I talked with one of their service planners and told him what was going on even so far as to let him know there were all kinds of online posts from people with the same problem. He told me he wasn't aware of any such issues and that I would be better off trying to make my own repairs. Talk about customer support after spending $50.000 3 years ago.

As a solution if you want it done so it won’t have any issues going forward. Order a gallon of crazy seal, a gallon of clean energy and a tube of caulk. Clean the roof then cut out the bubble and cover with some eterna bond so it’s flat to your liking then caulk the edges and front behind the trim and then paint on the crazy seal. No more issues.
