sounds like rational-cognitive therapy! YOU decide what you feel and think. No one can hurt your feelings...you make yourself hurt by what you think of circumstances. etc etc. I have decided to have a nice day and hope everyone else has one too!

We had a local radio station a while back that was down for some kind of maintenance work. In order not to be completely off the air they decided to play one song and it played over and over for most of the day. If it’s even true what was said, there were several calls made from people in the area who were concerned that something was wrong at the radio station. I think the song they selected greatly contributed to the attitude of how people responded that day. They played the song on that occasion… “There’re coming to take me away ah huh, There coming to take me away.” Perhaps if they would have played the song, ”Don’t worry be happy” they would have received less calls about it.
With all of that said, the attitude that is displayed around you can affect many others through-out the entire day.

We're in Isla Blanca Rv Park at South Padre Island. It's 80 degrees and the sun is shinning with a gentle breeze. We've been eating lots of ULTRA JUMBO SHRIMP from Dirty Al's. Yes, life is good and we are very happy.
