Welcome to the MOC. Recommend you rent a large propane tank for the winter.

Welcome to the MOC. I might suggest you put a few miles on it and ring out the bugs before you set her up for full timing. Nice rig BTW

Welcome to the forums and congrats on your new Montana! I 100% agree with Foldbak (above). Before anchoring your new camper in too tight, you need to use it some first. Even parked stationary, problems will be unearth when you start using your camper and if you are locked-in too tight, taking the trailer back to the dealership for warranty work will be challenging. You WILL have issues with your brand new camper. It takes several months to flush them out and get things working properly. It's just the nature of the RV beast.
I suggest, yes.... plan how you are going to set it up permanently. But leave it mobile for a few months first and exercise every item in the camper several times. Immediately check for loose screws everywhere. Not just inside the living area, but underneath the camper, along the seams of the slides, and especially where the J-panel wraps under the trailer. You will find many, many loose screws that screw into nothing.
Hopefully, yours is the execption. Good luck and enjoy! Just remember, it's still an RV, not a mobile home trailer.
