There are still places available if you want to sign up. Closing time is 2PM tomorrow, Sept 9. If you have already signed up please get your money to me by then. We are collecting money at the Packet Pickup building.
The Carriage House address is 5280 S 500 W Topeka, IN 46571. GPS may take you a different way but it is suggested you follow the map (blue line) in the Rally Book on page 112.
For the Amish Dinner, you NEED to have tickets to get in--No Tickey, No Foody.
Because of the large number attending, if you want to sit with certain people you must come in together--no saving of seats and there can be no empty left between chairs.
Dinner will be served at 5 PM on Monday, Sep.13. We are asking everyone that is going to The Carriage House to go to the large parking lot you entered when you came beginning at 3:30. There you will be greeted by some nice people to get you lined up into groups and they will be sending you on your way to the dinner every 10 to 15 minutes This will prevent a long line waiting to park and obstructing of the local roads. Don't worry you will get there in time and no one will be eating before everyone is there.
Please DO NOT leave before you are directed to by the assistants at the parking lot.
Please Truck pool (all trucks should have 4 people in them) due to limited area for parking at the Carriage House and the large number attending . When you arrive at the carriage house you will be greeted by more nice people that will direct you to the place you should park.
For those of you who are handicapped the "parkers" will give you directions so you can drop off the individual and the people that are doing the parking will be happy to park your vehicle if the distance between the parking area and house are too far to easily walk.
Remember, you may take pictures but make sure NO Amish people are in the picture, as we must respect their religion and we are guests on a private working farm.
We will see you there for a fun evening and special experience.
