Virgin Mobile 4G Internet

I bought Virgin Mobile 4G Hotspot in 4G areas it is unlimited and 3G you pay $35 for 2 gigs or $50 for 5 gigs. Hopefully they start opening more 4G areas.
Is anyone else using this system.

We can't do them out here. Where we like to camp in the west, Arizona, New Mexico and Kansas they only have coverage along the interstates and not where we camp. In fact they don't do the western half of Kansas at all.

been using the 3g MIFI from Virgin for about a year now and are happy with it. We usually buy the "unlimited" monthly plan for $50. That provides us with 5g of 3g but unlimited mb. They do tend to throttle you back after 2.5g of usage but the most we have used in a month is a little over 3 gigs.
They use the Sprint towers as their signal provider.

Last fall when we left Michigan for Florida, we bought the Virgin Mobile. Every stop on the way to Florida we tried it, and never once connected. Once we got settled in Florida we got the Verizon MIFI and never had a problem signing on, anyplace. We took the Virgin back to WallMart and the guy said I wasen't the first one to turn one back in, and gave me the full refund. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie

The main reason we use this is when we go home there is no fees to start up again. And so fear we have not had any trouble getting a signal.
