Cloudy skylight dome

The exterior clear dome over the shower has become cloudy. I know they sell headlight lens restorer. Has anyone tried this on the skylight?

Several folks have, but most of us have applied something to it to make it more opaque. If you take it where it's hot a lot that window is a major source of heat in the rig.

I painted ours white to match the roof two years ago and it still looks good.

I plan on using a can or 2 of Krylon white for PVC. That will protect it from the UV degradation and make it a lot more opaque.. I use the same paint on all the white plastic items on the outside of the rig. Fan housings, outside electric plugs, phone jacks and the ever present attic vents.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'll try the restorer, I can always paint it if I'm not satisfied with the results.
