Unless you have an inverter powering the leg with the GFCI then the fact that the GFCI is popped has nothing to do with the 12VDC system. In fact if you don't have an inverter the GFCI has no power. I think there might be a document in the files section explaining the two electrical systems in an RV nd how they are related if at all.
His problem is either his battery is dead, or the disconnect is in the no power to the house mode.

By lights, plugs, fans, etc. do you mean 120 vac lights, plugs, fans? Plugs and ceiling fan and some lights are 120 vac. Do the 12 vdc lights still work?
