city water supply fine, but no water inside?!

Hello!
We are new the group but not to camper life. We have a 2023 Montana High Country 377FL. We've had it a year and it has been parked at the same place (Oklahoma) for probably 8 months. My husband lives in it during the week for work. He has been working closer to home since Thanksgiving so before he left, he shut the city water supply off and opened all the faucets to relieve the pressure. He went back yesterday to start staying there again and can't get water in the camper. Supply is perfectly fine but no water will come out, not even a trickle. It hasn't been cold enough for things to be frozen so we just don't see how that can be it. He's kept the inside temp decent with a couple space heaters so it wasn't that cold in there and turned the actual heater on for hours to try to warm the underneath up just in case. ZERO improvement. It's more like there HAS to be a valve shut or something but he has checked everything he can think of and didn't shut any before he left it anyway. He's working and I just feel so bad for him, I thought I'd try here to see if anyone have any ideas what in the world he may be missing or what it could be?! Thanks in advance for any advice!

It sounds like the main water line is frozen under the floor. Just keeping the inside of the camper will not keep the line from freezing under the floor unless the furnace is running. I would unhook the water line from outside or cut it off so if it’s frozen you won’t flood your camper when it thaws. Then cut the furnace on the thaw the line.

It has only gotten a degree or 2 below freezing 3 or 4 times for an hour or 2 the last 10 days, could it really be that frozen under there? And with running the furnace for a good 8-10 hours yesterday? That was my husband's first thought too but it just hasn't been that cold. Whatever is going on is crazy and frustrating to say the least. Thanks for the help!

Can you Post a picture of the connections and valve positions in the convenience center?

Id there water is the fresh water tank? Can the pump run and deliver water to the faucets?

A picture of all the connections would certainly be helpful. However, just something to check. Check the hose and fitting inlet screens to make sure they aren't blocked with dirt.

just got off the phone with my husband, got fantastic news! I found my same question in the Keystone group and another poster had mentioned a spring loaded part of the inlet might be stuck, sure enough, that is all it was! He had to remove a screen and seal but that’s exactly what it was. Praise the Lord! He also had no idea he wouldn’t be back to the camper for that long or else he definitely would’ve winterized too. Sounds like we dodged a bullet with that it being a cold problem. Anyway, thank you all for your suggestions and help!

For winterizing, if your hubby is using it intermittently, I would blow the lines out with compressed air and drain the water heater.
Seal up all the holes (air gaps) underneath in the frame and landing gear with Gorilla tape to keep out drafts and help prevent freezing.

You will need an adapter like the one pictured below (but there are many similar types) to hook your air compressor to the water inlet in the wet bay.
The air compressor needs to be set to 40 psi to 55 psi (that is what I use).
There are many threads on blowing out the water system...try searching WINTERIZE WITH COMPRESSED AIR and read thru a few threads.

Could be a stupid question, but it happened to me: Did he check all the screens on the water connections going in the camper especially in the convenience center? Sometimes a layer of crud builds up there and at a glance looks like a shadow. It happened to me this past September when I hooked up city water and nothing came out of the tap.
