My 2018 rig handles the AZ heat well. There are a lot of comments here on the forum where folks have had issues with ducting collapsed.

Welcome to the M.O.C Lynn from Bob & Carol. They don't all have problems like it sounds
there are a lot Montana's with little or no problems we have had just a couple of issues
with ares and I fix them my shelf but that's me plus I don't want to leave with a dealer
that might not fit right or at all I know the inner workings of most 5RS so if I do IT I know it's fixed plus they always want you to make an appointment and leave it for weeks.

According to folks who viewed the line at the national Rally, they are now putting better return air in the new ductwork.

The units have no problem keeping the rig cool in hot and humid FL. We've had one of two control boards replaced because the unit "times out" and has to be turned off and restarted at a different temp setting. Worked for a while and doing it again now.
Some folks have reported air flow probs from "crushed" ducting, and some have pulled the vents and smoothed out the airflow.

Our 2013 3402 works just fine but not when it is 107 in the direct sun.

I have a 2016 I put the 1" PVC pipe inside the return ducts to prevent it from collapsing and now everything is great.

Works in Florida
We just bought the 3721rl 2018 model. We're in Florida and it's keeping us nice and cool. The AC in the bedroom has a white noise sound that puts me right to sleep. I was worried about it being warm too, but they work fabulously!

Just want to add that not only does the AC work great in my new 3731FL, the whole Whisper Quiet thing is AWESOME. We went from a nice class A to our current setup...and are beyond happy!
Now if we could just get the satellite wiring thing straightened out. THAT is the only problem we have run into.

I'm sure the sat issue has a solution here. There are several threads on this already. The issue is usually related to the splitter. What kind of sat dish do you use?

Yes, I've been following those threads. The problem for us does seem to be the splitters in the line. We just need to get it together and pull lines, etc.
We have a Winegard G2+. Ran fine on initial trial with direct wire from receiver to satellite. Then we moved sites and now having trouble with even direct wired setup. (Probably related to our location and trees). We have a plan for how to deal with the wiring, but we need a couple free days and the motivation haha.
Just a lot going on, getting situated with new rig. Small frustrations seem big sometimes. Other than this issue, though, everything is actually going very smoothly.

My AC cools our 3791RD but it does seem as though there may be some restriction. Where does the ducting collapse? how would I find it?

Remove a vent cover, put cell phone into duct, take pictures both directions, repeat process on other ducts until done with all the ducts.

I have a 3?790 and it seems to have some ac problems. I did have the return air checked and we did have to prop open the ducting a little. Doesn't seem to have really helped. Somebody said there might be some kind of air damn in the unit itself that may need to be adjusted. Anybody know anything about that? I also had some condensation in my living room roof last year. Thinking my unit froe up? On my prior rig I could let the fan run all the time so I was able to solve that problem. Not able to figure out this dual control to have the fan run regardless if the unit is kicked on. Is it possible to do this?

We just purchased a 3731FL and moved to west Texas and when it is 100 and above outside it is 80 or higher inside. We are going to install a 3rd ac if we stay here much longer.

Ours seems to be working fine. We have the same unit and it is also a 2018 model. Had a few small problems but not the air.
