Good outcome from bad experience

We recently had the misfortune of tearing our roof on a tree limb. First injury on our 2020 3120 RL. We made an eternabond repair and started working on an insurance claim. That went well and they made prompt settlement.

I went to work looking at repair replacement options. After researching, I decided Flex Armor was the best option. I selected Dependable RV Repair in Madison Mississippi to do the work. Gary Patterson and his staff were great to work with. The replacement was done extremely well. Finish product is a huge improvement over the original roof membrane. Much tougher than the original roof and no more seam maintenance. Guaranteed for life. Great appearance. The cost was less than replacing the membrane.
