Ceiling fan light replacement

The light in my ceiling fan has burned out. The fan/light is 120V. There is no information in the generic Keystone manual addressing any lighting, nor did I receive any related subject literature at the time of purchase. My Montana is a 2018 3130RE.

I can not determine how to access the light inside the dome. I have tried twisting the dome and it does not yield. I do not want to put too much strain on the dome for fear of breaking something.

Any suggestions?

Don’t know what yours looks like, but most ceiling fan lights with dome or globe type glass have 3 small thumb screws around the rim of the glass. Loosen the 3 screws and the glass will come off. Only tighten finger tight when replacing as too tight can crack the glass.

My unit does not have the thumb screws typical to many household dome light fixtures. Thanks for getting back on this.

After a Google search it appears that getting off one these domes is often a struggle. So I added greater turning force on the dome and it finally yielded and twisted loose.
