Spring huh?! It's summer over here on the West coast, so I'm guessing that's the case over there.

Oh my... I hope yours and everyone's sewer dump is sealed well. I can't imagine the mess if the sewer dumps are not sealed and the flood causes stuff to float upwards. ewwww.
