Yes, that's true. I looked into it for my 2012. Not sure about the newest models. But it does seem that since these trucks are so often used as tow vehicles for RVing that having the option to update the OEM GPS with the RV friendly logic that's used in the Garmin (and others) would be offered. I thought that the Navigation in the UConnect system in my RAM was powered Garmin. Seems like it should be easy to be able to purchase an update for RVing. It would be nice to have that mapping without an extra device.
