James,
Are you in freezing conditions?
Otherwise if you didn't put much in and the rig is not level it may not drain.

No it is 70* and I am supposedly level, per the auto level. Should I go ahead and use tank cleaner/sprayer to see if I can get it cleaned out?

No to the tank sprayer/cleaner. It only affects the black tank. You don't want to add more liquid when there is no way for it to escape assuming all three tanks are not draining.
Close the black tank valve. remove the sewer hose and run a hose up the line with the galley (or shower) valve open to check for an obstruction.

Run water in for a couple of minutes to see if it comes out but do not overfill if you think the tank may be nearly full.
Sometime the last 2-5 gallons do not drain well and if you didn't first put 5 gallons or so of water in the black tank and only camped a couple of days you will not get much out.

Were all the valves fully closed to start with? If not, there might not be anything liquid in the tanks to drain.

Bingo! My thoughts exactly, especially if the OP was hooked up to a sewer outlet during this time.

I agree. Either he didn’t put any water in them, not possible or it drained out, probable. I think close the valves put some water in each tank. If water drains out the valves weren’t closed. The chances of all valves going bad at once slim to none. The other possibility the cables to the valves all went bad at once and they won’t open. Again slim to none.

Ok, so really you're not stuck. Close the tanks and pack up and head home. I agree with the others, you probably forgot to close your grey tanks the night before to build up a reserve so that you could flush out the hoses after flushing the black tanks. Therefor you're trying to flush out what isn't there.
I agree also that there is ZERO chance that all your cables went out at the same time unless the factory forgot to complete the assembly and they didn't do PDI; which is possible but not probable.
We are all curious, please let us know what exactly it was a when you figure it out so that we can all learn from it. Good luck

This might be the obvious Q: what do you sensors indicate? Although not so reliable, since this is new, you haven't used it enough to double the sensors. They might still be a reliable indicator.

No one Asked did you have stinkly slinkiy hose hooked to waste dump & HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PARKED? Is this a couple days worth of waste or a couple weeks? If valves not completely shut then a slow liquid leak off possible. That would leave solids in Black tank.

I have a 2018 Montana3721RL. First time i took it out, same issue. Took it to shop and they later advised they fixed it. Next time ot, same deal. Finally stumpled in to a utube factory walk-thru and during that video, the guy noted on some models, 3721 being one, that to drain tanks you needed to raise the front to max level. Bingo, fixed the issue. Dealer didn’t even know it. Maybe you need to try it.

Search for Camco 39082. Walmart usually carries them. You may also want to get a gate valve taht attaches to the outlet of this.

Where is the OP? It would help to put the assistance needed in the subject, not "Help Me." That tells us nothing...we all need some kind of help.
