Generator ATS

I recently installed a Cummins 5.5K gen and have run it each month for a set amount of time. Everythings seems to work correctly. However, today I was traveling about 3 hours away and it was hot so I started the gen to run the AC's and the refrig while driving down the road. Wanted to make sure everything in the refrig stayed cool. When I got to my destination I shut down the gen and connected the shore power and the panel indicated that I was recieving shore power but nothing would work. Started the gen and the AC's and refrig would work. Switch back to shore power and I got nothing. Is it possible the ATS is stuck in the gen mode? Where is the ATS located and is there any kind of reset button on it? I have a 2021 Montana Legacy 3781RL

There have been many problems with the ATS switches in these newer rigs. It is pretty likely stuck. Unless something has changed, the ATS should be mounted behind the basement wall under the stairs to the front bedroom near the converter box.

There is a recall on the Progressive Dynamics ATS.
Once you determine that is the problem, call PD with your ATS model and serial number.
Hopefully they will ship you a new one.
