Angry Soft floor in bathroom and bedroom

Hi I'm a new member using MILKMAN1972 as a user name. On my second Keystone product this one a 2021 Montana 3032CK. We have 2 warranties one called a forever warranty that came from the dealer and one we purchased 60 months from National RV care.
We have replaced a toilet that was no longer holding water but I'm now noticing a soft floor in front of that replaced toilet and it's creeping into the adjacent bedroom. Also notice an oder when I open the draws in the bathroom vanity. Any suggestions?

I'd call Keystone immediately.

Assuming you had a Dometic 300 series toilet ... next time you have issue with bowl not holding water, just try a new flush ball seal instead of replacing the entire stool. They are about $25 and takes almost 5 minutes to replace. During the toilet replacement, you might have not gotten the flange seal positioned well and now you have a fluid leak every time you flush.
