New owner last September.
First 5th wheel
Love the way it tows and stability of 5th wheel. Not a big fan now of Keystone choices for construction or their quality control.
Happy with overall trailer but some issues have me a bit upset. Guess it is normal for a new rv to get bugs out.

Welcome to the forum! There are issues with the construction of RV's in general and of course Keystone is in the group. Having had two Montana's and traveled a lot, I can tell you I've seen things wrong with a $500,000 motor home the same as in a low dollar 5th wheel. I'm convinced it's the luck of the draw and how much you can fix yourself.

Would if I had parts
I would fix myself but seems dealer can’t figure what part to order to replace bad part.
Incompetence? Or laziness?
It was under warranty when first had the issue now it’s 3 months expired.
Your right luck of draw with new rv’s!!!
Thanks for the welcome BTW.

Welcome! 3 month warranty? That's crazy! We had warranty items fixed for a full year. The great thing about this forum is that you will get answers and suggestions for fixes on everything you ask about. These folks are very generous with their knowledge!

Dealer just not any competent people. Call for service appointment get dumped to voicemail immediately. Get call back 3 days later. Had 5 small issues that really weren’t tough jobs. According to them it was a wait for labor warranty authorization. For a leaky gray valve. I honestly don’t believe they replaced it. The other issue is the pivot hinge door on bathroom. Didn’t do a thing to remedy and I even called prior to pickup trailer before I made trip to confirm it was fixed. Incompetent tech! I got there to pickup trailer go to trailer to check it out sure enough still same other than trim put back on that it was rubbing against and why I removed it prior.
Issue 2 this is what I found when I tried to dump black tank at campground after the dealer had called me a week after giving them hinge dimensions they asked for (wtf).
Black cable handle would not move though it would spin and had loose locknut and what looked to be corrosion on slide tube near bulkhead mount. Mind you dealer had my trailer 4-5 weeks waiting on the supposed warranty labor issue for gray valve when it had got down to my planned and reserved camping trip date I called service to see what was status. Same thing voicemail callback 3 days “ oh just got part approved for replacement” being done today. BS!
They had belly pan covers off to access front valves but never touched rear gray. I know they took it off cause of sloppy tek screw job with aluminum strap to put it back up. This how I also know they jammed by black valve handle and then left locknut loose also. I had to haul home a black tank half plus full and deal with weary gray valve too. I’m very fortunate to have friends who camp with me who have a dump station in there family owned trailer court. They allowed me to hook my dump tube to this station while I resolved the valve issues myself along with my son.
Why didn’t I take it back to dealer and complain cause I had a second trip planned 2 weeks later. I should have taken back and dumped black tank in their parking lot.
I’m so pissed at this dealer you would not want to bring it up to me at all
I still haven’t got door hinge resolved because I can’t find a part number or a supplier that has or knows what I’m talking about. Kind of like dealer service department.
To top it off dealer called back to ask for photos of door this is just before leaving on trip and 10 days after giving them door dimensions.

Sorry for all your very simple replacement issues, the few times I've had issues I would call Keystone first and log the issue. Dealer do suck at the warranty work but there are others that do a good job. I went through 3 Camping worlds before I found a competent one to fix my brake issue.
