Valves in water convenience center
What are the two valves with hoses attached on the left side of the water convenience center for? (3750 FL)

Is one hose red and the other hose blue? If so they would be your low point drains. Could you post a picture of them as that would help.

Probably your low point drains, one hot and the other cold, typically used when you winterize.
