Hydraulic Slide Pump Leak

To my fellow MOC members: FYI...If you have an older (see signature) Montana with the hydraulic slides and your pump develops a leak between the pump and the reservoir tank, the correct O-ring gasket is #348 Vitron. I hesitated to do this myself but it wasn't that bad.
Four bolts hold the tank in place. The only issue that you may have is TOTALLY emptying the reservoir tank of hydraulic fluid before dis-assembling it.
I found the gasket at MSCIndustrialSupply.com if you are interested for $10.69 per 2-pack. It takes about 10 minutes once you have the reservoir tank off. Good luck and I hope that I can help someone else for a change.

Art I take it you have the white plastic reservoir. Make sure there are
no cracks in it up near the flange end.

I had the dreaded leak on the same tank. I just used silicone and sealed it up. Took 2 tries. I will however get the O rings for insurance .
Thanks Art
